This website is made up of three layers. The first is the publicly available website, the second is a password protected members-only area and the third is a password protected administrative extranet.

The members-only website provides each member with his or her own photo gallery, provides events information and an extensive, wizard-driven, event booking facility with the option to pay online.

The administrative extranet provides the following:

• a communal web based email module
• a members database with list functionality including for export
• a module for creating HTML newsletters, tracking emails opened and click throughs
• a module for managing bounced emails and categorising them by type and according to the individual member
• moderation of the images in the member's photo galleries
• order tracking, manual addition and export to spreadsheet
• registration tracking, approval and addition
